Are you all ready?
Our halls are about as decked as they're ever gonna get and the Christmas shopping is all complete.
Thank you all for your well wishes for our anniversary. The dinner was fantastic; we rolled out of there full of foie gras and truffles, into the frosty night. I even managed to drag myself into town this morning for a bit of shopping - fabric of course! But more on that later.

Well done, you, for being finished with all the major preparations, I still got some last-minute gift making and post office runs ahead of me ... :-P Time goes by so quickly, Christmas being so near kind of took me by surprise ...

Lauren, he was actually a baby gift from a friend when I had my last bub, he was just commandeered for the tree last year and probably will be forever more. The tag on his bottom says Alimrose Designs Australia. I typed this and monkey into google and found some sites - you could check it out and see if any are close to you.
Ready, ha, I wish. Hopefully by tomorrow I should be coming down the home straight. Glad to hear that you are all organised.

Lovely photos, Kirsty! When my three year old daughter wandered over while I was reading you post, she saw the last photo and said, 'It's Wunkey! Wunkey is climbing up the tree!' LOL We have the same gorgeous stripy 'wunkey', and he too was a gift when I was pregnant with India ♥

I'm counting down the days until Xmas Eve and I'm on a plane to Dublin where I can spend nine days surrounded by english speakers and let my brain get all lazy! Can't wait!
