And what more can you ask for after 2 weeks' driving 3000 kms through 6 countries with 3 children aged 6 and under?
Not much more, I tell you.
But if I could, I would ask for the laundry fairy to come visit. I keep washing but the mound doesn't get any smaller.
We seem to have created some sort of perpetual, self-sustaining laundry pile. If only I could harness that energy and use it for good.
I took 700 photos while we were gone - I promise I won't subject you to them all.
But I hope to get around to sorting them out shortly and showing you the best.
Hope you've all been well and having fun. I'm really looking forward to getting around the interwebs and seeing what you've all been up to.
Have a great week!

Glad to hear you made it home safely!
Welcome home! Don't you hate how that holiday washing pile breeds in the laundry while you're doing other things?! Your photo of the ceiling of \ Sagrada Familia in Barcelona!
Oh the washing:( I'm having one of those days too after a wet couple of weeks. So glad you survived your huge holiday. What wonderful sights you must have seen. And probably lots of loos too! That ceiling in the top photo is amazing! Good luck with that pile of yuck.
Welcome back traveller! Your first photo is amazing. I had no idea what it was for a few seconds, then the perspective locked in. Wow! It is astonishingly beautiful. Look forward to hearing about your travels. Don't let the washing mountain defeat you! Ros x

Looking forward to hearing all about your trip, and seeing lots and lots of photos.
As long as you don't attempt to iron everything you'll be fine soon :)))

I like the title of this post...but I am not surprised, now know that you are an extraordinary couple.
What is the beautiful building in your first photo? Looks like a ceiling made of paper.
Hehe! It's great to know you're back and all that survival is really no mean feat! :-) ;-) I'm looking forward to see what you've got to show and tell! :-) I'm curious about that ceiling, too! Stunning!
